Harold Conner

Harold Conner, PhD, PE, CPEM, ASEM Fellow, AIChE Fellow, serves as Senior Program Manager at Strata-G, LLC since April 2019 and has held multiple key positions at UCOR (URS|CH2M Oak Ridge LLC) at AECOM since April 2015, including Senior Advisor to the President and Nuclear Services and Engineering Manager. Conner's extensive experience spans several prominent organizations, such as Associate Director at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Chief Operations Officer at Savannah River Site, and Director of Enriched Uranium Operations at Lockheed Martin. Their career at Lockheed Martin also included roles as Chief Operations Officer at Idaho National Lab and Site Manager and Vice President of the Oak Ridge K-25 Site. Conner holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, both from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
