Kimberlie Cole serves as the Sustainability & Climate Management Programs Manager at Strata-G, LLC since September 2019, overseeing a nationally recognized site sustainability program for the Department of Energy's Oak Ridge Office of Environmental Management. With extensive experience in environmental compliance, program management, and innovative sustainability practices, Kimberlie has led efforts on climate risk assessment, energy infrastructure development, and Zero Waste initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Business Consultant at K Cole Consulting, Chief Executive Officer at West Wind Farms LLC, and Environmental Program Specialist at EnergX Ltd, among others. Educated at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Kimberlie holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Psychology.
