John Brown

John Brown has extensive experience in finance and information technology. John has worked in various roles, including Senior Consultant, Director, Financial Operations, and Manager Financial/Computing Services. John has worked for companies such as Strata Information Group, Sierra-Cedar, Blackboard Analytics, Kwantlen Polytechnic University, Hamline University, SunGard Higher Education, and Yukon College. Their responsibilities ranged from managing data stewardship of financial management systems to creating central IT units, functional division of work, and staffing. John has also coordinated needs assessments and developed RFPs for selecting new ERP systems for organizations.

John Brown earned their Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Trinity Western University in 1984. John later earned a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois Springfield in 2009. John also obtained a certification in Workday Financials in August 2015.
