Michael Gibson has over 23 years of professional experience. Michael started their career as an Internet Analyst at St. Bernard Software in 1999 and rose to the position of Internet Analyst Manager in 2001. While working in St. Bernard Software, they recruited, hired, trained, managed, and mentored staff. Michael worked as a Senior Internet Analyst before becoming a manager. In 2008, they worked at Nan McKay and Associates as a Consulting Project Manager. Their role was to manage multiple project schedules, interact with Project Directors and clients, and support Consulting Manager. In 2010, they joined Linvio, a Paymogy Company, as Director of Product and managed the product direction and implementation for the full product line for SaaS clients. Michael also trained and assisted with the implementation of products on Salesforce. Michael holds this position until 2023. From March 2023, they started working at Strata Information Group as a Senior Salesforce Consultant.
Michael Gibson's education history began in 2019 when they attended Trailhead by Salesforce to earn badges in Salesforce. Since then, they have obtained multiple certifications from Salesforce, including Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist, Service Cloud Specialist, Security Specialist, and Business Administration Specialist. Michael also became a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) in April 2023 and a Salesforce Certified Education Cloud Consultant in June 2023. In addition to their formal education, Michael has also obtained a Trailhead certification from Trailhead by Salesforce.
