Stacy Fikes is currently the Client Services Manager at STRATA Investment Group. Prior to that, they worked as the Electronic Banking Coordinator/Customer Service at American Bank from January 2008 to December 2012. There, they created online business profiles for business customers and installed check scanners on their business computers. Stacy also processed ACH profiles and reports, and provided customer service. From January 2005 to December 2008, Stacy was an Operations Specialist at Independent Bank Group, Inc., where they opened new accounts, processed wires and debit cards, and generated GL reports. Stacy also assisted in the teller line during peak and lunch hours. Stacy began their career in banking as a Lead Teller at Members Choice of Central Texas Federal Credit Union from January 2003 to December 2005. Stacy then moved to Fidelity Payment Services as a Check Item Processor/Lockbox from January 2000 to December 2003, before becoming Items Processing Supervisor at Jack Henry Banking from January 1995 to December 2000.
