Scott Nisbet

Scott Nisbet has over 14 years of professional experience in business development, consulting, and laboratory operations. Most recently, they served as the Vice President and Senior Director of Business Development at Strata Oncology since 2021. Prior to that, they were a Senior Manager, Manager, and Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from 2015 to 2021. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Summer Intern at Bristol-Myers Squibb. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Senior Analyst and Analyst at Fletcher Spaght, Inc., where they led and supported consulting engagements for life science companies and performed due diligence for external clients and internal venture capital funds. Finally, from 2007 to 2011, they were a Coordinator of Process Development at the Broad Institute, where they led initiatives to improve processes, techniques, and technologies in Next Generation Sequencing library preparation and performed bench lab work to support Illumina sequencing operations.

Scott Nisbet obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Michigan between 2003 and 2007. Scott then went on to earn an MBA from Columbia Business School between 2013 and 2015.
