Matt Wills

Matt Wills is an experienced data professional with a strong background in engineering and data management. Currently serving as a Data Engineer, Business Intelligence Developer, and Data Specialist at Strata Service Solutions Ltd since September 2020, Matt has previously worked at East Devon District Council from August 2018 to August 2020 as a Local Land Charges Assistant, where significant improvements to planning and building control datasets were implemented. Prior to that, Matt held multiple roles at Landmark Information from 1998 to November 2017, culminating in a position as Senior Data Analyst (GIS). This experience involved the evaluation and analysis of datasets, development of tools for data processing, and project coordination in GIS. Matt holds a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Exeter, earned between 1993 and 1998.
