Poonam N. has been in the Talent Acquisition field since 2013. Poonam began their career at S2Infotech Pvt Ltd as a Consultant, then moved to MindsPro in 2015 as a Sr Consultant- Talent Acquisition. In 2017, they joined Stratacent, where they have held the roles of Lead Talent Acquisition/Account Executive, Account Executive - Talent Acquisition, Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, and Talent Acquisition Consultant.

Poonam N. completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from BITS. Poonam then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR from Symbiosis, Pune. In addition, Poonam N. has obtained certifications in AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2020, and SAP ABAP.
