Andres Gonzalez has a comprehensive work experience in the aviation industry. Andres started their career at LAN Airlines in 2011, serving in various roles such as Import Control Center Analyst, Import Control Center Manager, Handling Control Center Unit Manager, and Senior Operations Manager. In 2017, Andres joined AerSale, Inc. as the Director of Process Improvement, where they were responsible for developing and implementing improvement plans across the organization. Currently, Andres is working at StratAir, LLC, initially as the Vice President from July 2018 to January 2023, and currently serving as the President.
Andres Gonzalez received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Miami Herbert Business School in 2015.
