Sudarshan Lodha is a seasoned professional in the field of commercial real estate with extensive experience as a Co-Founder of Strata, an online investment platform focused on making fractional commercial real estate investment accessible to a wider audience. Previously, as a Partner at YSS Legal, Sudarshan managed various aspects of commercial leases, acquisitions, joint ventures, and complex transaction structuring. Additionally, Sudarshan gained foundational legal experience as an Associate at the Office of the Solicitor General of India. Sudarshan holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Real Estate Law from Dr. Ambedkar Law University School Of Excellence In Law and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance and Financial Management Services from Loyola College.
