Chris Dale

Chris Dale has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Chris started their career in 2006 at Germains Seed Technology, where they held positions such as New Product Development & Operations Development Manager and Performance Improvement Manager. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at AB Sugar as Group Performance Improvement Manager, responsible for leading the performance improvement program across international businesses. Since 2019, they have been working at Stratas Foods, first as Transformation Director and currently as Commercial Business Director.

Chris Dale attended the University of York from 2002 to 2005, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemistry.
