Chester began a career in finance as an Assistant Assessor Intern at the Inland Revenue Department. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, an Executive Program in Value Investing from Columbia Business School, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Professional Accounting and Finance from the University of Sydney.
