Matthew Ralstin

Matthew Ralstin currently serves as the National Director of Career Services at StrataTech Education Group, a position held since August 2025, where responsibilities include developing and implementing a national career services strategy to enhance student employment outcomes. Previously, Matthew held the role of Director of Student and Career Services at Universal Technical Institute, Inc., from April 2018 to August 2025, and served as Regional Director of Career Services and Campus Executive Director at Carrington College from October 2009 to October 2017. Earlier experience includes a contract position as a Quality Rater at Google and managerial responsibilities at Elite Wireless. Matthew Ralstin holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication from Arizona State University.
