Nancy Cooper has over 15 years of experience in human resources across various organizations. Currently serving as an HR Generalist and Recruiter at StrataTech Education Group since June 2021, Nancy previously held the position of Human Resources Director at the Valley of the Sun Jewish Community Center, where HR services are now outsourced. Earlier career roles include Consulting with HR2GO, Office Manager for Drs. Goodman & Partridge OB/GYN, and multiple HR leadership positions at Arizona Golf Resort & Conference Center, Seacret Spa, and Seville Golf & Country Club. Notable achievements include developing HR structures for over 200 employees at Arizona Golf Resort and executing a successful plan rollover at Paradise Valley Country Club. Educational background includes an Associate degree in Accounting from Mesa Community College and studies at the University of Phoenix.
