Paul Santilli

Paul Santilli is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. As the Founder, CEO, and Managing Partner of Strategence LLC since March 2019, Paul oversees Business Development, Operations, and Customer Solutions. Previously, Paul served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Strategic Consortium of Intelligence Professionals (SCIP) from December 2015 to August 2025, leading the largest global intelligence association with over 30,000 members. Paul also held the position of Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors for MarketsandMarkets Customer Executive Advisory Council from November 2021 to March 2023, where strategic direction and content around industry intelligence were provided. At Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Paul was Head of Worldwide OEM Industry Intelligence and Strategy from January 2014 to December 2022. Additionally, Paul contributed as an Advisor and Member of The Argonauts from April 2019 to March 2022, focusing on leadership transformation. Paul holds a Master of Science/MBA in Engineering Management from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan.
