Christy Charise is the Founder and CEO of a strategic advisory firm since September 2015, leveraging a decade of experience in building a successful financial advisory practice to address inconsistencies in support offered to financial advisors. Previously, Christy held key leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer at Saugatuck Financial and Associate Director at Casey, Quirk & Associates, focusing on strategic consulting for asset managers and hedge funds. Earlier work at Bain & Co, Inc. involved strategy consulting for private equity and corporate clients, and experience at Accenture and Goldman Sachs provided a foundation in M&A strategy and fixed income sales and trading. Christy holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
