Alexandra Hoey

Alexandra Hoey is an experienced Proposal Manager with a strong background in proposal development for both Federal Civilian and Defense agencies. Currently serving at Strategic Alliance Business Group since March 2020, Alexandra has previously held similar roles at Credence Management Solutions, LLC, and Pragmatics, Inc., where responsibilities included analyzing RFIs, drafting solicitations, coordinating proposal reviews, and ensuring compliance and quality. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant Intern at the National Defense University, supporting a DoD research project focused on sustainable solutions for distressed populations. Alexandra holds a Master’s Degree in Political Science and Government from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Affairs from High Point University.
