Chris Middleton

Chris Middleton, CMP, CGMP, is an experienced Conference Center Manager at the Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA) since April 2010, overseeing event operations, security protocols, and staff training. Previously, Chris served as Meetings Manager, handling large-scale conferences, proposal preparation, and budget management. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Conference Services at the Society of Government Meeting Professionals, Sales Manager at Doubletree and Hilton, and Conference Planner at Cable and Wireless Communications, demonstrating expertise in contract negotiation, vendor coordination, and event logistics. Chris holds a BS in Psychology from George Mason University and has a solid foundation in meeting and conference planning since 1988.
