Emmonte Santilli

Emmonte Santilli currently serves as Business Operations Lead at the Strategic Consortium of Intelligence Professionals (SCIP) since October 2023 and has experience as a Business Analyst in Member Services. Emmonte previously worked as a Student Liaison for the First Connections Mentorship Program at the University of Arizona, facilitating mentorship relationships, and has held roles in creative direction at Biosphere 2. Additional experience includes serving as an Academic Advisor for AmeriCorps and Earn to Learn, providing students with resources to prepare for college. Emmonte's background also includes positions in customer support at Education at Work and retail at Walmart. Emmonte holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Accounting from the University of Arizona and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Pima Community College.
