Blair Stam

Blair Stam is the President of Strategic Behavioral Health, LLC. Prior to joining the Company, Blair was previously Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Signature Healthcare Services, where he worked for 19 years. He was instrumental in stabilizing six acquired hospitals, launching ten de novo operations, and spearheading six additions to existing facilities with total beds exceeding 2,000. Blair is well recognized and respected within the industry and helped Signature grow into one of the premier behavioral health providers in the country. His management experience and clinical operations expertise brings valuable insight to the SBH team on a daily basis.

Blair has earned a degree in Drug & Alcohol Addiction Counseling from George Brown College, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from William Patterson University, and a Master’s degree in Marriage, Family, & Child Counseling from Biola University.
