Pratik Shah

Pratik Shah has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Pratik currently works as a Senior Software Test Engineer at Strategic Business Systems (SBS) since June 2017. Prior to this, they were a System Analyst at Bylight from November 2014 to June 2017. Pratik also served as a Senior Software Engineer at Bizhelper from October 2013 to October 2014. Additionally, they gained valuable experience as a Customer Support Analyst (CSC) at NetCracker from November 2010 to August 2013, where they managed and monitored customer internal lifecycle and collaborated with various teams to enhance product offerings and troubleshoot software issues. Pratik's career began at Comcast, where they held roles in Network Engineering from November 2006 to November 2010, and as a Lead Technical Consultant from August 2002 to November 2006.

Pratik Shah holds a Master's degree in Information Science, specializing in Computer Science. Pratik obtained this degree from Penn State Great Valley, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. Prior to their Master's degree, Pratik completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science at Penn State University, graduating between 1997 and 2002. Additionally, they have obtained a CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA in October 2020.
