I'Sha Schultz-Spradlin

I'Sha Schultz-Spradlin is an experienced professional currently serving as the Community Operations Manager at Strategic Community Partners and the Sr. Development Associate at Ruth Ellis Center. As the President and Founder of Black Moon Bathhouse, I'Sha established a cooperative-operated wellness space for women and non-binary individuals. I'Sha has also hosted and created content for The Eyesha, Please Podcast. Previous roles include Development Associate and Communications Manager at Ruth Ellis Center, Vice President of Recruitment for Delta Phi Epsilon International Sorority, and founding President of the Women for Gender Justice Organization. I'Sha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and completed study abroad at the University of Buea in Cameroon.
