Dick Sigler P.E. has extensive experience in project management and civil engineering, currently serving as Sr Project Manager at Strategic Construction Solutions since April 2013. Prior roles include Contracts Responsible at Stantec Mining, overseeing a $200M project to reopen a copper mine, and Senior Engineer at Civil Concepts, focusing on earthquake damage evaluation in New Zealand. From 2007 to 2011, Dick held the position of Aviation Segment Manager at CSW Contractors, Inc., and from 1986 to 2002, acted as Vice President at Earth Work Engineers, Inc., where management of a $20M/year civil contracting business was a key responsibility. Dick Sigler holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Detroit Mercy, completed in 1976.
