Ruben Tibbs

Ruben Tibbs is an experienced Site Safety Manager with a strong background in managing safety protocols within the construction and petrochemical industries. At Strategic Construction Solutions since July 2021, Ruben oversees safety compliance for new build Substations, T-Line, and Battery Engineered Storage Systems (BESS), ensuring adherence to company and regulatory safety policies. Previous roles include serving as Site Safety Manager at Turner Specialty Services, managing safety activities across petrochemical facilities, and contributing as Process Operator/Safety Tech at TopSail Energy. Ruben's expertise is complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety from Columbia Southern University, expected in October 2024.
