David Lockhart-Hawkins Fiep

David Lockhart-Hawkins FIEP is an accomplished professional in the field of post-16 education with extensive experience in strategic development, compliance, and quality assurance. As the Managing Director of Lockhart Hawkins Limited since August 2015, David has successfully established a consultancy business that collaborates with a diverse range of clients on apprenticeship compliance and evidence system design. David also serves as a Strategic Associate at the Strategic Development Network, managing consulting projects with higher education institutions, independent providers, and employers. Previously, David held the position of Quality & Compliance Director at Qube Learning and Managing Director at SRF Consultancy, where leadership in strategic oversight and compliance was pivotal. David began a career in auditing at Fearn Yates, following a BA (Hons) in Legal & Financial Studies from Sheffield Hallam University.
