Ruth Joseph

Ruth Joseph is an experienced professional in programme management and partnership development, currently serving as Programme & Partnerships Manager at Strategic Development Network since February 2022, where responsibility includes leading the Gatsby Education Landscape Programme to assist businesses in accessing education, skills, and training opportunities. Previously, Ruth held the role of Partnerships Manager at OPR Associates Limited from November 2017 to January 2022, focusing on building strategic partnerships to support employment initiatives. Earlier experience includes key positions such as Head of Young People's Programmes at the Learning and Skills Council, where involvement in the New Labour Agenda and local policy development took place, and Marketing and Research Manager at the Centre for Innovation and Partnerships at Newham College, overseeing ESF funded project marketing and research. Ruth holds a BA Hons in Social Sciences from the University of Liverpool, completed the Help To Grow Management Programme at Brunel University, and earned an Advanced Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
