Noelia Aponte-Silva

Noelia I. Aponte-Silva is an experienced professional in project management and community engagement, currently serving as an Associate at Strategic Earth Consulting since November 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing project budgets and coordinating with clients to meet milestones. As a Colorado Leader with Brown Girls Climb, LLC since June 2019, Noelia coordinates rock climbing and stewardship events for underrepresented communities. Previous roles include Research & Evaluation Coordinator and Volunteer Engagement Specialist at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science, where Noelia led research teams and improved volunteer recruitment. Additional experience encompasses positions with the Bureau of Land Management and the National Park Service, focusing on biological science and invasive species management. Noelia holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Biotechnology from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez and pursued graduate-level education in Environmental Science at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
