Brent DeHart

Brent DeHart is currently the Director at Strategic Economic Development Corporation. Brent has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, advising clients on everything from insurance to investment decisions.

Brent first got their start in the financial industry with Northwestern Mutual in January 2011. There, they quickly rose through the ranks and became a Financial Advisor. In this role, Brent provided expert advice to clients on their insurance and investment decisions. One of their key accomplishments was instituting new group retirement and insurance benefit plans for business owners.

In February 2019, Brent left Northwestern Mutual to start their own independent insurance company, DeHart Insurance. As the Life, Disability, and Long-Term Care Insurance Specialist, Brent advised clients on the best insurance options to meet their individual needs.

Brent’s most recent venture is with Salem Aviation Fueling, where they are currently the Director. In this role, Brent is responsible for leading the company’s sales and marketing efforts.

Brent DeHart has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre/Theater from the University of California, Berkeley. Brent is certified from States of Oregon, California, Washington in Life and Health Insurance License and from The American College of Financial Services in Chartered Life Underwriter- Planning in Risk Management, Estate, Retirement, Taxation. Brent is also certified from FINRA in Series 6 and 63 Investment Licenses.
