Joanne Newburn, PHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various HR roles in different companies. Joanne has a strong background in strategic initiatives, M&A, HR compliance, workforce planning, HR operations, employee relations, onboarding, training, performance management, benefits, compensation, policy development, talent acquisition, and more. Joanne has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Sonoma State University and has held senior roles in companies like SEI, EQIS, Cyan, Inc., St. Joseph Health, and Teknovus, Inc. Joanne took a personal sabbatical in 2020 but plans to return to the workforce in 2021.
