Lisa Ristorucci has extensive experience in leadership roles in both nonprofit and entrepreneurial settings. At SEI, Lisa serves as the Associate Director of Recruiting, overseeing the People Resources Department and managing various human resources disciplines. In their previous role as the Operations Manager, Lisa led SEI's operations staff and implemented operational policies. Prior to that, as the Founder and CEO of Gofer Girls, LLC, Lisa managed all aspects of the Errand and Delivery business across multiple geographies. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from UCLA.
