Ondrea Austin

Ondrea Austin is currently the Eastern Regional Manager at SEI. Prior to that, Ondrea worked as a Lead Workforce Development Coordinator at Durham Public Schools and Director of Work-Based Learning at North Carolina New Schools. Ondrea also has experience working as a Solar Energy Consultant at Sun Dollar Energy, LLC and as an Adult Basic Education Program Manager at Action for Boston Community Development, Inc. Ondrea holds a Master of Business Administration in Social Impact and a Master of Arts in Sustainable International Development from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University. Additionally, Ondrea is a LEED Green Associate certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.
