Jay Singleton

Jay Singleton is an accomplished public administration professional with extensive leadership experience in governmental organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Strategic Government Resources, Singleton previously held the position of Assistant County Administrator for Tarrant County from May 1999 to November 2020. Prior roles include City Manager for the City of Crowley, Texas, and Budget Director for the City of Garland, Texas. Singleton's career began as a Budget Officer for the City of Abilene and Budget Analyst and HR Intern for the City of Lubbock. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Abilene Christian University.
