Tian T. Van, MBA has a diverse background with extensive experience in various roles. Starting in 2000, they worked as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager at Farmers Insurance & Financial Services, where they handled communication, problem-solving, and insurance claims. In 2005, they became a Market Leader for the Diageo Portfolio at US Concepts, managing a team, events, and budgets. From 2007 to 2009, they were an MBN Supervisor for the Pernod Ricard Portfolio at Legacy Marketing Partners, focusing on recruitment, training, and program execution. In 2009, they founded TTV, where they offered marketing consultancy services and conducted market research. In 2011, Van joined Cirbo & Associates as a Finance Administrator, handling various financial tasks. From 2016, they worked for Strategic Group, initially as a Field Marketing Manager, then as a Finance Manager/Director of Operations overseeing financial operations and budget development. Tian T. Van, MBA, completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Webster University from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, Tian T. Van obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology & Communications from the University of Colorado Denver, which was completed from 2002 to 2006.

Additionally, Tian T. Van holds certifications in the field of payroll. Tian T. Van is a member of the American Payroll Association, obtained in September 2022. Currently, Tian T. Van is in the process of obtaining the Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification, expected to be completed in the fall of 2023.
