Alanis Castro

Alanis Castro currently serves as a Junior Analyst of Asset Management at Strategic Group since April 2021, collaborating with the property management team and supporting the operations team in asset strategy and performance insights. Previously, in the role of Office Manager/Executive Assistant to the COO, Alanis managed office operations, negotiated contracts, assisted with research and marketing projects, and facilitated team hiring and onboarding. Additionally, experience includes serving as an Office & Leasing Coordinator at STRATUS, where responsibilities included managing a co-working space and securing clients through effective communication and marketing initiatives. Alanis holds a Diploma in Hospitality Administration/Management from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management at the Dhillon School of Business at the University of Lethbridge.
