Emir Conanan

Emir Conanan is a Senior Building Operator at Strategic Group for Hanover Place in Downtown Calgary since June 2023, previously serving as a Lead Building Operator at Avison Young from July 2018 to June 2023. Emir has a background in facilities maintenance from Fluor Corporation, where responsibilities included building maintenance from November 2014 to July 2018. Prior experience includes working as a Preventive Maintenance Engineer at 友達光電股份有限公司 from December 2004 to November 2010. Emir holds a 3rd Class Power Engineering degree from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, with studies completed in 2023, and is currently pursuing further education at the University of Calgary. Additionally, Emir is a certified Personal Trainer Specialist, having completed the program in 2015.
