Tracey Steman

Tracey Steman has a diverse work experience in the financial and real estate industry. Tracey most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Strategic Group since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Peoples Trust Company as the AVP Commercial Lending from September 2020 to July 2021. Tracey also held various roles at Strategic Group, including VP Asset Management and VP Strategic Atlantic & Real Estate Finance from 2014 to 2020. Tracey worked as a Director at MillarForan in 2013 and as a Director of Asset Management at Strategic Group from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, Tracey has experience in senior commercial mortgage underwriting at Canada ICI (CGY) Capital Corporation from 2006 to 2011, and as a Mortgage Officer at Manulife Financial from 2003 to 2006. Tracey started their career as a Senior Real Estate Associate/Property Manager at Clarica Life Insurance Company in 1995 and held the position until 2003.

Tracey Steman attended the Real Estate Council of Alberta from 2005 to 2011, where they studied Mortgage Agent and Real Estate Lending. Additionally, from 2005 to 2006, they pursued various courses at The University of British Columbia, focusing on Mortgages - Real Estate Financing, Real Estate Mathematics, Macro and Micro Economics.
