Prior to founding SGA, Samir held significant roles including Head of Corporate Finance at Suzlon Energy Limited, where responsibilities encompassed capital markets and corporate strategy, and Executive Vice President at Intrepid Capital Partners, focusing on investment and advisory functions. Samir's career also includes a role as General Manager of Corporate Finance at Suzlon Energy Limited, concentrating on corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions. Samir holds a B.Com and FCA in Finance from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and completed secondary education at St. Xaviers High School in Mumbai.
