Nefertiti Sandoval has extensive experience in customer service and onboarding roles within various organizations. Currently serving as an Onboarding Specialist at Strategic Healthcare Programs since November 2021, Nefertiti has successfully streamlined documentation processes and significantly improved contract processing rates. Prior experience includes a Client Manager role at the same company, maintaining high client satisfaction and retention rates. Additional experience spans positions at Citrix, Rabobank, Orchard Supply Hardware, UC Santa Barbara, and Los Angeles World Airports, demonstrating a strong background in customer support, relationship management, and office administration.
