Damilola Taiwo

Damilola Taiwo has a diverse work experience that includes roles in business development, sales, marketing, and customer support. They started their career as a Customer Support Intern at Etisalat Nigeria, where they provided exceptional customer service and tracked support cases for timely resolution. They then worked as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Readings Investment LTD, collaborating with the sales team on marketing campaigns and creating content for marketing channels. At Bureau Veritas Group, Damilola held two roles: Commercial & Sales Specialist and Human Resources Assistant. As a Commercial & Sales Specialist, they collaborated with senior management on various functions, such as customer success and finance, and increased survey submissions by identifying customer feedback pain points. They also prospected to increase sales leads and maintained high-quality marketing campaigns. As a Human Resources Assistant, they pre-screened resumes, documented employee information, and organized new employee orientation schedules. Damilola's most recent role was as a Sales Advisor at Warehouse Fashions, where they provided sales advice to customers. They are currently working as a Business Development Representative at Strategic Information Group.

Damilola Taiwo completed a Master of Science degree in International Business Management from Technological University Dublin from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2017, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Eastern Mediterranean University.
