Dhriti Murugesan

Dhriti Murugesan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2012, they worked as a Tutor at Kumon Learning Center for two months. In 2013, they completed an Internship at Pon Pure Chemical Ltd.

In 2015, Dhriti joined QAD as an Associate Engineer. In this role, they provided support to customers by reviewing and responding to their support tickets and documenting resolutions according to Service Level Agreements (SLA).

From 2018 until the present, Dhriti has been working at Strategic Information Group. Dhriti started as a Services Support Specialist, where they were responsible for analyzing and resolving technical issues, creating and maintaining databases, and providing application support. Dhriti also performed system administration tasks and provided functional support in the QAD Distribution module.

Currently, Dhriti holds the role of Technical Consultant at Strategic Information Group. In addition to their previous responsibilities, they are now managing software projects, training end users in various QAD functions, and documenting processes. Dhriti also communicates with stakeholders and monitors system performance metrics.

Dhriti Murugesan completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from SRM University, which they attended from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they studied at the University of California, Riverside from 2011 to 2012, where they also pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree.

Additionally, Dhriti has obtained several certifications. In September 2022, they completed the "Capstone: Applying Project Management in the Real World" course from Coursera. Dhriti also completed the "Google Project Management: Specialization" and "Google Project Management Certificate" courses from Coursera in September 2022. In August 2022, they obtained a certification in Agile Project Management from Coursera. In July 2022, they completed the "Project Execution: Running the Project," "Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project," "Project Planning: Putting It All Together," and "Google Project Management | Specialization" courses from Coursera.

Furthermore, Dhriti has completed the "Foundations of Project Management" course from Coursera in May 2022. Prior to that, in September 2018, they obtained a certification as a Front-End Web Developer from W3Cx. In the same year, they also completed the "HTML5.2x: HTML5 Apps and Games," "JS.0x: JavaScript Introduction," "CSS.0x: CSS Basics," "HTML5.1x: HTML5 Coding Essentials and Best Practices," and "HTML5.0x: HTML5 and CSS Fundamentals" courses from W3Cx.

Lastly, in November 2017, Dhriti obtained a "Marketing Inbound Certification" from HubSpot.
