Lois McWay

Lois McWay has a diverse and extensive work experience. Lois began their career in 2007 as a Senior Consultant at Aquitas Solutions before moving onto various roles at Sempra Energy, including IT Project Manager from 2009 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Sempra Infrastructure, LLC as a Sr. Business Technology Advisor. From 2009 to 2022, they worked at Sempra LNG, starting as a Senior Business System Analyst and later transitioning into a Project Manager role. Currently, they are a Senior Project Manager at Core & Main since 2022 and will be moving to Strategic Information Group in 2023. Throughout their career, Lois has developed a strong skill set in project management, problem-solving, team management, and operations.

Lois McWay pursued their education at the University of Phoenix. From 2013 to 2017, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management. Lois went on to further their education by pursuing a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree, specializing in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management. This graduate degree was completed from 2017 to 2018 at the University of Phoenix as well.
