Shawn P. Pauli

Shawn P. Pauli has extensive experience in various leadership roles within different companies. Shawn P. currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at California Lemon Law Attorneys - Strategic Legal Practices since 2021. Before that, in 2021, they worked as MR. P Consulting at MR. P Consultants, LLC.

From 2018 to 2021, Pauli held the position of Senior Vice President at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where they undertook the transformation of business systems, processes, and reporting for US Leasing Operations. Additionally, they assumed responsibility for the million-dollar Office Leasing division in 2020 and successfully managed the P&L, strategic planning, goal setting, partner development, and property branding/positioning.

Prior to that, Pauli served as a Senior Vice President at Westfield from 2016 to 2018. In this role, they managed the flagship division's P&L, overseeing 7 development properties generating significant annual revenue. Shawn P. was responsible for strategy development/execution, center operations, finance, HR, guest experiences, contract negotiations, operating systems, process controls, and managing a large team of FT/contract personnel.

In 2014, Pauli worked as the Senior VP, Direct to Consumer at Victorinox Swiss Army, where they led the e-commerce, retail, and wholesale business and played a crucial role in revamping e-commerce operations and rebuilding the wholesale sales team.

From 2009 to 2013, Pauli held multiple roles at Sears Holdings Corporation, including VP, Appliance Operations, and VP, Appliance Builder Distributor (ABD) & Home Appliance Operations (HAO), where they oversaw various aspects such as P&L, corporate offices, warehouses, stores, call centers, HR, finance, logistics, inventory, and fulfillment.

Between 2003 and 2009, Pauli served as the VP of Stores, Store Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, and Design & Construction at Papyrus. During this time, they opened numerous corporate stores and franchises and played a key role in the company's rebranding and divestment of the wholesale business to American Greetings.

Pauli began their career at Gap Inc. in 1995, where they quickly rose through the ranks, starting as an Assistant GM and progressing to Store Manager, District Manager, and eventually becoming the Midwest Regional VP. In this role, they oversaw a large team of sales personnel and handled various managerial responsibilities.

Shawn P. Pauli's education history includes attending St. Ambrose University, where they studied Microeconomics and Political Science, with a focus on Microeconomics and Political Science. They also attended Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where their studies were centered on Minnesota Corporate Law and Contract Focus.
