Franco Serio

Franco Serio is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in the ICT sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Strategic Management Partners since January 2016, Franco provides advisory services focused on the innovation of ICT tools and processes to enhance customer experience and journey, specializing in IoT architectures. As the Founder and CEO of ICT Ideas S.R.L. since June 2012, Franco has consulted on contact center technology evolution, customer interaction analytics, and innovative ICT solutions across various domains, including infrastructures and machine-to-machine communications. Franco's prior role as Chief Technology Officer at Italtel from December 2002 to September 2012 involved oversight of software development and telecommunications operating systems, along with management functions at Bell Labs in the United States. Franco holds a degree from Università degli Studi di Genova, completed in 1977.
