Andrea Schmidl

Andrea Schmidl has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Andrea began their career in 2010 at Loyola University Chicago as a Phonathon Caller/Trainer, where they worked until 2013. In 2012, they joined The Pumping Company as a Server and stayed with the company until 2016.

In 2014, Andrea joined ComPsych as an Administrative Assistant and worked there until 2016. During this time, they gained valuable administrative skills.

Since 2016, Andrea has been working at The Strategic Management Society. Andrea started as a Program Coordinator and held this role until 2018. In 2018, they were promoted to Program Manager, responsible for overseeing various projects. In 2019, they were promoted again to Senior Program Manager, focusing on technology and special projects. From 2022 to the present, they have held the position of Director of Operations & Technology, displaying a consistent growth in their career. Recently, in December 2022, Andrea was further promoted to the role of Senior Director of Operations & Technology, indicating their continued success and expertise in their field.
