Luke Eby has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Luke began their career in 2005 in the United States Air Force, where they worked in various roles related to security, law enforcement, and operations. From March 2005 to April 2008, they served as a Security/Law Enforcement Supervisor. Luke then took on the position of Security Forces Operations/Logistics & Executive Officer from April 2008 to March 2010. Finally, they served as the Director of Operations from April 2010 to December 2012.
After leaving the military, Luke Eby joined Sears Home Services in December 2012. Luke held multiple roles within the company, including Territory Training & Development Manager from March 2016 to October 2017. Luke was then promoted to Field Operations Manager, where they oversaw the efficient management of a geographically dispersed technical workforce. Their responsibilities included analyzing business performance, developing strategic solutions, managing staffing requirements, and fostering positive employee relations.
In 2017, Luke Eby joined Strategic Marketing as a Territory Sales Representative, where they currently work.
Luke Eby earned their Bachelor's degree in Criminology from Kansas State University from 2002-2004. Prior to that, from 2000-2002, they attended St. Mary's College and obtained an AA degree in Liberal Arts.
