Ryan Steffey has a diverse range of work experience. Ryan worked as a Territory Sales Representative at Strategic Marketing, SM starting in October 2019. Before that, they were a Sports Performance Coach at Corey Taylor Sports Performance from September 2018 to October 2019. In this role, they coached athletes of all ages and skill levels and also provided mental skills consulting and personal training. Prior to that, they were a Part Time Sales Associate at GENERAL NUTRITION CENTERS, INC. from July 2017 to May 2019. Ryan also has experience working in the Physical Plant Department at the University of Kentucky from May 2013 to June 2017 and as a Grounds Worker at Valley Crest Landscape in May 2012.

Ryan Steffey received their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Kentucky from 2011 to 2015. Ryan then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in Sports Psychology from John F. Kennedy University, completing their studies from 2016 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, Ryan obtained a certification as a Certified Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in June 2018.
