Strategic Marketing
Tania Lanham has a strong background in marketing and customer relations. Tania started their career at PPG Industries in 2000 as an Inside Sales representative, where they built strong relationships with paint contractors and provided excellent customer service. Tania also implemented merchandising initiatives that increased add-on sales. Tania later transitioned to the role of Paint Sundry Administrative Coordinator, where they managed paint sundry product data in the master database and prepared data for a new system integration. Tania then became the Paint Sundry Project Coordinator, where they developed and implemented marketing material and initiatives for paint sundries and spray equipment. Tania also analyzed product trend data and implemented a solution to an inventory issue that reduced costs. After that, they worked as a Customer Relations Marketing Analyst, where they managed customer databases and provided support on the launch of Sales Force Automation systems. Tania also designed and implemented monthly direct mail programs for a large customer base. Most recently, Tania worked at Strategic Marketing as a Project Administrator.
Tania Lanham completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Marketing from Indiana University Southeast between 1998 and 2002. Prior to that, they attended Assumption High School, although the specific dates and degree obtained are not provided.
