Tara Jones has a diverse work experience, starting in 2009 with a role as an Office Assistant at LINSTAR, Inc. Tara then moved on to be a Sales/Marketing Intern at CP&I in 2013, where they focused on lead generation and market research. Later that year, they became an Orientation Leader at the University of Dayton, guiding new students and providing mentorship.

Most recently, Tara worked at Strategic Marketing as a Territory Sales Representative, focusing on data-driven marketing for automotive companies.
