Muhammad Makda

Muhammad Makda is an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in financial management. Currently serving as Accounting Manager at Strategic Materials since January 2023, Muhammad previously held the position of Financial Controller at Soletanche Bachy Canada Inc. from August 2021 to February 2023, where responsibilities included examining accounting processes and training teams for improved efficiency. Prior to that, Muhammad spent a decade at Woodbridge, advancing from Senior Accountant to Assistant Financial Controller, engaging in cost accounting and supporting commercial managers. Early career experience includes a role as Staff Accountant at Canac Kitchen Designs, focusing on financial statement creation and ledger maintenance. Muhammad holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Karachi University and completed further education at Centennial College.
