Niki Sessions

Niki Sessions is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Strategic Materials since August 2022, Niki previously held the position of Vice President Human Resources at NorthStar Memorial Group from May 2014 to June 2019. Prior experience includes serving as EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer at First Victoria National Bank from June 2008 to February 2014, and as SVP, Regional HR Director at BBVA Compass from May 2000 to May 2008. Niki's career began at LMI as VP, HR Director from May 1995 to May 2000. Niki holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology, one from Austin Peay State University and another from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
